Refund Policy

At All Small, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual dental hygiene consultation services. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our refund policy below:

  • Payment for virtual consultations is required in advance and is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed, unless the cancellation is initiated by All Small due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues or provider unavailability.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of All Small. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or technical difficulties on the client’s end, such as internet connection problems or device malfunctions.

  • If a consultation is interrupted due to technical issues from All Small’s side, we will offer a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge. If a reschedule is not possible, a partial refund may be considered.

  • All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to info@sarah.openteledentistry.com. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
