At All Small, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual dental hygiene consultation services. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our refund policy below:
Payment for virtual consultations is required in advance and is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed, unless the cancellation is initiated by All Small due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues or provider unavailability.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of All Small. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or technical difficulties on the client’s end, such as internet connection problems or device malfunctions.
If a consultation is interrupted due to technical issues from All Small’s side, we will offer a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge. If a reschedule is not possible, a partial refund may be considered.
All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to info@sarah.openteledentistry.com. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
